Because of our small size, cancellations have important negative repercussions. Consequently, our policy is strict because a cancellation of last minutes leaves us little time in order to relet the room. Each cancellation involves a 25 dollars + taxes administration fee on the credit card in guarantee. You have 48h to cancel your reservation. A cancellation received less than 48 hours before arrival date involves expenses equivalent to a night, plus taxes + de 25 dollars. However, it is possible to transfer your reservation to another person form your choice
